PRACTICE NURSES

Full/Part Time circa £28000 (pro rata) Weekdays only

Flexible hours nursing salaries negotiable depending on skills and experience

Come and join our brand new surgery in the heart of Gloucester. GHAC is owned and operated by a consortium of local practices. We opened in May 2009, have just moved into new bespoke premises and are growing fast. See http://www.ghac.co.uk/ for more details.

The clinic offers medical and nursing services from 8am to 8 pm seven days a week. The service provides health care provision for ‘walk in ‘patients who are not registered with the centre, and also its own patients.

The nursing team will offer a full range of primary care services to include nurse led clinics for patients with undifferentiated illness, minor illness and chronic disease management both autonomously and as part of a wider team of salaried doctors and support staff.

This is a chance to be involved in the development of the nursing services, and to work both with the consortium and the local community in promoting the health of the local population and reducing health inequalities.

These posts are exciting opportunities to play an active part in pioneering a new service with patient choice as its focus.

Please enclose an e mail address and contact telephone number. Application by CV to: Mrs Susie Graham, Gloucester GP Consotium, Gloucester Health Access Centre, Eastgate House, Eastgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 1PX
