Did Not Attend Policy (DNA)

You have a responsibility to keep your appointments and arrive on time and to inform us in plenty of time if you no longer need your appointment.

If you arrive late for your appointment you may be turned away by our Reception Staff and asked to re-schedule your appointment.

Your missed appointment will be recorded in your notes as ‘DNA’ (did not attend). Patients that repeatedly DNA may be declined future appointments.
