Zero-Tolerance

At this Practice, we work on a 'zero tolerance' basis.

This means that no verbal, drunken, or violent abuse to any patient will be tolerated. Any person exhibiting violent, abusive or threatening behaviour towards the Doctor, Practice Staff, or any other person present within the premises, will be asked to leave the practice immediately.

If necessary, we will not hesitate in contacting the local police for assistance.
